Shot blasting machine for wire drawing and shot descaling machine for wire rods are specifically designed to treat the external surfaces of wire drawing coils, wire rods, small diameter round or square bars, rebars, drill rods, and other cylindrical elements.
This continuous shot decaling process machine effectively removes scale and impurities from various lengths of tubes and cylindrical workpieces at different transport speeds.
The shot blasting machine features a self-rotate wave-shape roller that supports the wire drawing rotation for optimal results.
The standard equipment includes PLC, HMI display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of shot wheels, working-hour time counter, and the shot turbine can be equipped with variable frequency drive (VFD) for descaling thin wires and achieving precise control.
