     Rotary-barrel drum shot blasting machine is ideal for small to medium-sized castings, hot-treated/forged items, and delicate parts like die-cast aluminum or brass plumbing fixtures and fittings.

     The shot blasting process involves the rotating drum mixing and blasting the pieces from all sides. The interior of the blasting drum is lined with abrasion-resistant materials, while the high-performance turbine’s direct blasting zone features replaceable, reinforced casting integrated manganese protective liners.

     These drum shot blasting machines (barrel shot blasting machines) are designed with a specific “triangle” strip configuration at the center, enabling three-dimensional movement of the pieces and optimizing the blasting and processing effects.
