Conventional horizontal rotary table shot blasting machine typically involves manual loading of workpieces of varying shapes and dimensions onto a universal rotary table.
The rotary turntable shot blasting machine is commonly used for small series and delicate individual part production. It efficiently batch blasts steel and non-ferrous metal parts with diverse shapes and sizes, including die-cast workpieces, welded constructions, castings, forgings, etc. Its purpose is to provide optimal efficiency and uniformly cleaned surfaces for various workpieces, regardless of their shape and size. This prepares the surfaces for coating or painting.
In the rotary turntable shot blasting machine, workpiece satellites are mounted on a special self-rotating table, and loading and unloading operations occur in front of the machine. The shot wheel turbine is positioned on the top surface of the shot blasting chamber, enabling cleaning of only the top surface. This makes it particularly suitable for single-surface treatment of delicate materials.
The double-station model shot blasting machine counts two blasting stations and two dust removal/vestibule.
