     Automated turbine-based shot blasting machine for marble is designed for versatile surface treatments on a range of materials, including decorative marble walls, natural marble or engineered marble slabs, granite, cement tiles, interlocking pavers, and curbs. The abrasive impact from blasting machine brings out the inherent mineral components in concrete, tile, and granite, creating unique surface finishes that are suitable for anti-skid road applications or decorative wall designs.

     The stones are continuously conveyed on horizontal, mesh, or rubber belts, where they receive the blasting effect through the centrifugal projection of spherical shot abrasives, without the use of compressed air. The tile parts to be treated are manually or automatically positioned on the entry conveyor system.

     The shot blast machine’s Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) allows for adjustable speed control, either in the transportation of the workpieces or the projection of the shot abrasives. This enables fine-tuning of the treatment effects based on the desired outcome or the hardness of the surfaces being processed.

Durable Shot Blasting Chamber:

Shot blasting room: The shot blasting room is designed using CAD to achieve optimal blasting angles and distances. It is constructed with durable profiles and 10mm plates, while the direct-blasting hot area utilizes upgraded manganese casting steel with 35-45 HRC for enhanced wearing resistance.

Entrance/Exit: The input and output areas are sealed with rubber bands, and a labyrinth structure is implemented to prevent abrasive leakage.

Roller conveying system:

Rollers: The roller conveyors are equipped with manganese liners to extend their lifespan. The bearing support is designed in a labyrinth shape to prevent leakage of the steel media.;

  • Steel continuous roller conveyors designed for handling large and heavy marble, stones, etc.
  • Rubber belt conveyors ideal for transporting small and light tiles, bricks, slabs, etc.

Capacity: The rollers which self-rotate speed variable controlled, and the lifting capacity can reach 1,000 – 3,000kgs/m;

Elevator: The elevator raises the abrasive to the separator, utilizing a bucket made of foundry casting, while a tension device prevents belt slippage.;

Separator: The separator incorporates DISA & Pangborn technology, enabling the separation of abrasive into three classes with an impressive efficiency rate of 99.5%;
