Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for bars is designed specifically to treat the outer surfaces of various cylindrical elements, including small diameter tubes, pipes, round bars, rebars, drill rods, round sections, thin gas steel bottles, cylinders, and tanks of different lengths, which operates continuously and can accommodate different transport speeds.
These bar shot blasting machine is equipped with rollers or a skew conveyor arrangement. The bars are placed on a conical cylindrical conveyor or a conveyor that rotates around the longitudinal axis of the rollers. This rotation ensures a uniformly blasted surface as per standard requirements which is driven by a motor with variable frequency control.
These automatic shot blasting machines are versatile and can be used independently or integrated into existing highly productive production lines where base paint application occurs. Additional components like a drying chamber, automatic painting chamber, and drying tunnel can be part of these production lines.
The standard equipment of these machines includes a programmable logic controller (PLC), a human-machine interface (HMI) display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of shot wheels, a working-hour time counter, and a variable frequency drive (VFD) for the roller conveyor. Durable Shot Blasting Chamber:

Entrance/Exit: The input and output areas are sealed with rubber bands, and a labyrinth structure is implemented to prevent abrasive leakage.
Roller conveying system:
Rollers: The roller conveyors are equipped with manganese liners to extend their lifespan. The bearing support is designed in a labyrinth shape to prevent leakage of the steel media.;
