The spinner hanger shot blasting machine, also named as Spinner Hook type shot blasting machine is incredibly versatile and designed to handle mixed loads of medium and large components. It effectively removes rust, scale, sand, and deburrs aluminum parts, also descales forgings and desands castings. Especially at finish blasting delicate and sensitive workpieces that cannot be tumbled in a bulk load that is an excellent choice for preparing surfaces before painting or coating.
The Spinner Hanger type shot blasting machine, eliminates the need for a foundation base. Spinning Hanger type shot blast machine main enclosure vertically rotates on the chamber’s side, while the shot turbines provide a 360-degree coverage. Workpieces are individually or cluster-hanged on a rotating hook inside the chamber and transported to the shot blasting chamber using an I (Single hanger) or Y (Double hangers) bracket.
