The shot blasting process involves the rotating drum mixing and blasting the pieces from all sides. The interior of the blasting drum is lined with abrasion-resistant materials, while the high-performance turbine’s direct blasting zone features replaceable, reinforced casting integrated manganese protective liners.
These drum shot blasting machines (barrel shot blasting machines) are designed with a specific “triangle” strip configuration at the center, enabling three-dimensional pyramid movement of the pieces and optimizing the blasting and processing effects.

Door: Open and close automatically by PLC;
Loading bucket & Unloading conveyor:
Loading system: The shot blasting process is controlled by an automatic interlock PLC system. The loading bucket is raised using either electric (light duty) or hydraulic (heavy duty) power.
Unloading: Blasted parts are transported for unloading collection via a vibrating conveyor.
For seamless integration with production, a manual, mechanical, or automatic loading continuous belt conveyor is aligned with the loading chamber for batch cleaning.
Recycle of abrasive material:
Elevator: The elevator raises the abrasive to the separator, utilizing a bucket made of foundry casting, while a tension device prevents belt slippage.;
Separator: The separator incorporates DISA & Pangborn technology, enabling the separation of abrasive into three classes with an impressive efficiency rate of 99.5%;
Dust collect system:
Cartridge filter: The dust collector filters utilize a cartridge-type system, boasting an exceptional efficiency rate of 99.9% and offering hassle-free replacement of cartridge filters;
