The resin sand mixer comes in four types: single arm, double arms, lifting type, and mobile batch. It’s designed to mix various self-hardening sands for cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous alloys. This versatility makes it ideal for both manual and mechanized molding processes, including integration with core shooting machines.

Featuring a high-intensity mixing chamber, it ensures consistent core sand mixing with advanced resin addition options. With capacities ranging from 2 T/hr to 40 T/hr, these continuous sand mixers boost productivity and improve mold quality while lowering chemical usage. The robust design includes an alloy steel drive shaft and tungsten-carbide faced mixing blades, ensuring reliable operation without the need for external belts or gears.
