     Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for pipes (exterior) is specifically designed for treating the exterior surfaces of pipes, round bars, round sections, gas steel bottles, and other cylindrical elements. It offers a continuous process where tubes and cylindrical workpieces of various diameters and lengths are treated at different transport speeds.

     Continuous shot blasting machine for tube features a pass-through arrangement. The blasting machine is equipped with a motor-variable-frequency-driven inverted through the tube shot blasting machine. The shot blast machine can be placed on a conical cylindrical conveyor or a conveyor that rotates around the longitudinal axis of rollers which setup ensures a uniformly blasted surface.

     These automatic pipes shot blasting machines are suitable for tubes, cylinders, and long tanks. They can operate independently or be integrated into existing highly productive transport systems for basic paint application. This integration may include a drying chamber, automatic painting chamber, and drying tunnel.

     Standard equipment for this machine includes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human-Machine Interface) display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of shot wheels, working-hour time counter, and roller conveyor variable frequency drive (VFD), among other features.”

Entrance/Exit: The input and output areas are sealed with rubber bands, and a labyrinth structure is implemented to prevent abrasive leakage.

Roller conveying system:

Rollers: The roller conveyors are equipped with manganese liners to extend their lifespan. The bearing support is designed in a labyrinth shape to prevent leakage of the steel media.;

  • Horizontal continuous rollers for the multi-low-diameter pipes are displayed at the same time;
  • Screw rollers for big-diameter pipes, one piece per time;

Elevator: The elevator raises the abrasive to the separator, utilizing a bucket made of foundry casting, while a tension device prevents belt slippage.;
